LPDC Holding Furnace

Our Low Pressure Die Casting (LPDC) Holding Furnace is designed to ensure the optimal pressures required throughout the casting process. With a reservoir of molten metal connected to the casting die by a stalk/riser tube, this furnace guarantees melt cleanliness, and consistent furnace pressure, temperature control, and casting cycle timing.

Drop Bottom Quench Furnace

Kalyani Enterprises' Drop Bottom Furnace is an inverted design featuring a charge lifting and lowering mechanism, optimized for high-speed quenching, including de-clamping, door opening, and quenching. This furnace can function as a standalone unit with a charge carrier loader and quenching tank that moves along the floor, or as a floor-mounted system with the charge carrier loader and quenching tanks sliding within a pit. Designed for rapid quenching, it is fully automated using PLC and SCADA systems. Additionally, these furnaces are ideal for continuous aging cycles, ranging from 16 to 24 hours.

Nitrogen Degassing Machine

This machine is designed to effectively remove hydrogen and non-metallic inclusions from molten aluminium. As the rotor stirs the molten metal, it disperses the inert gas in fine bubbles, ensuring thorough mixing and efficient removal of hydrogen and impurities. This process ensures delivering superior alloy quality.

Bogie Hearth Furnace

Our Bogie Hearth Furnaces are used for the heat treatment of heavy and large steel parts, with temperatures varying based on the process and application. Suitable for tempering, annealing, soft annealing, normalizing, and stress relieving, these furnaces operate efficiently within a temperature range of 250-1100°C, depending on the specific application.

We got a heater life of more than 2 years & in January 2023 we replaced the heater 1st time.
